How to request a return
Email support@mktstore.co with your order number, item and reason for return. Do not send merchandise before receiving return authorization and instructions.
Eligibility and condition
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new items, including items returned because of a defect. Non-defective items should be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Product-specific restrictions may apply and will be explained before approval.
Exchanges, shipping and fees
Exchanges are accepted for eligible items. For an approved return or exchange, MKT Store provides the return label at no charge. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 15 days. Stripe processes the payment transaction; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
