These terms apply only to MKT Store purchases and storefront use.

Store use

You may use MKT Store for lawful personal shopping. You must not interfere with the site, misuse checkout, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent orders.

Products and orders

Product availability, colors and appearance may vary by display and selected variant. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. We may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing errors, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud or delivery restrictions.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping and other charges are shown during checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Contact support before returning an item. Return eligibility, instructions, condition requirements and any applicable costs will be confirmed for the specific order.

Intellectual property

MKT Store branding, site design and original storefront content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer and liability

The storefront is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, MKT Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
